Anthony D. Galluccio

Anthony D. Galluccio was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 1997. He has practiced independently as the Law Office of Anthony Galluccio since 2001. His practice has specialized in areas of business law. Anthony has also practiced in and consulted in matters of general law including real estate, criminal, commercial lending, and a variety of other areas. Along with being a practicing attorney, Anthony has served in elected public office from 1994 to 2010 in offices ranging from Cambridge City Council, Vice Mayor and Mayor of Cambridge, and Massachusetts State Senate. As Mayor, Anthony chaired the Cambridge School Committee.

As a City Councilor Anthony served as Chair of many committees including Housing and Economic Development. As a State Senator Anthony chaired the committee on Higher Education, the Committee on Public Service and Vice Chaired the Committee on Bills in Third Reading.

Anthony is the President and Founder of Galluccio Associates, a 501c(3) organization that was founded in 1994, which has given out over $75.000 to Cambridge-based youth sports organizations and scholarships. Anthony serves on a number of boards; including Centro Latino of Greater Boston, The Hildebrand Family Self Help Center of Greater Boston, and advisory board member of the El Jolgorio- committed to education of art and education in the Latino community and the Cambridge Pop Warner and Cheerleaders Program. Anthony also serves as a volunteer assistant football coach for the Cambridge Rindge and Latin High School. He has received numerous awards and recognitions. (see resume)

Anthony graduated from Providence College in 1989 (Major Political Science, Minor Business Studies). He graduated cum laude from Suffolk Law School in 1996, and passed the Massachusetts Bar Exam in 1997. In 2004 he participated in the Kennedy School of Government Municipal Government Seminar Program.
